All our products are custom-made to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for production before shipment.
Processing time may vary depending on the complexity of the design and order volume, especially during peak seasons (holidays, special promotions).

United States

ü  Express Shipping: est. 3-6 business days | Flat Rate: $29.95

ü  Two-Day Shipping: est. 2-3 business days | Flat Rate: $45.95

Canada

ü  Economy Shipping: est. 7-12 business days | Flat Rate: $8.99

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided or by visiting our Track Order Page.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country.
These charges are not included in our product price or shipping fees and are the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Wrong Address & Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we cannot be held responsible for delivery issues.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

HookedTee is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

8. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted countries.
