At HookedTee, we are committed to providing high-quality print-on-demand apparel. Because each item is made-to-order, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds to ensure a fair shopping experience for our customers.

We encourage you to review our return and refund policy before placing an order, so you know what to expect.

1. Return Policy

Return Window

  • We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • After 30 days, we are unable to process a return or refund request.

Eligible Reasons for Return

We accept returns or replacements in the following cases:

  • The item received is damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong size, design, or product compared to your order.

Please note: Because each item is made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. We encourage customers to review sizing charts and product details carefully before purchase.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable).
  • Include proof of purchase (order number).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made items, unless defective or incorrect.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Any return request made after 30 days from the delivery date.

2. Refund Policy

Full Refund (100%)
You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • Your order was canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
  • In some cases, we may issue a full refund without requiring a return. If a return is required, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • The item received is significantly different from what you ordered.

Partial Refund / Store Credit

  • If you accidentally ordered the wrong size or design and wish to get the correct item, we may offer a partial refund or store credit to help you reorder, typically without requiring a return of the original item. For example, if the print is slightly misaligned but the item is still wearable, we may issue a 20% refund or equivalent store credit.
  • If the issue is partially our responsibility but the item is still usable, we may issue a partial refund as a resolution.

No Refunds

  • Please note that delays due to shipping carriers, customs processes, or an incorrect address are beyond our control, and therefore we cannot offer refunds in such cases.
  • Since each product is custom-made, we are unable to offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at contact@hookedtee.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/videos showing the issue
  • A short description of the problem

Step 2: Return Instructions

If your return is approved, we will email you return instructions within 2-5 business days. Please follow the instructions carefully.

Step 3: Refund Processing

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our mistake, we will cover return shipping costs.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.
  • If a return is not required, we will issue the refund within 1-2 business days after approval.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • After 12 hours, your order may already be in production, and cancellation may not be possible.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • First, check your bank account.
  • Then, contact your credit card company or bank (it may take extra time before your refund is officially posted).
