When will my order ship?
All HookedTee products are made-to-order. Production takes 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday).
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email.
Estimated delivery times after production:
- USA: 2-4 business days
- International: 5-8 business days
Please note: Delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, holidays, or customs clearance.
How long will it take to get my package?
Delivery time = Production (1-3 business days) + Shipping.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide using trusted carriers such as DHL, UPS, and local postal partners (e.g., Canada Post, Australia Post, PostNL).
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or if you received the wrong size or design.
Non-returnable items include:
- Personalized or custom-made products (unless defective or incorrect).
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
How can I request a return or exchange?
Simply email us at contact@hookedtee.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos of the issue
- A short description of the problem
Our team will review your request and provide return or exchange instructions within 2–5 business days.

Can I customize my order?
Yes! Many HookedTee products can be personalized. Just select customization options available on the product page before checkout.
Can I cancel or modify a custom order?
Orders can be canceled or changed within 12 hours of purchase (based on order time, EST timezone). After 12 hours, production may have started and changes/cancellations are not possible.
What should I do if there is an issue with my order?
Please contact us at contact@hookedtee.com with your order details and photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to provide a replacement, refund, or resolution.
Is my personal information secure?
